To protect my time and income as a small business, I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. 🔹 More than 24 hours’ notice — No charge 🔹 Within 24 hours — 50% of treatment fee due 🔹 No-show / under 1 hour notice — 100% of treatment fee due 🔹 Deposits are non-refundable inside the 24-hour window Clients with outstanding late-cancellation fees may be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments.
